Love Cactus Tacqueria! Been frequenting this excellent restaurant for 20+ years! Everything we’ve had there is fabulous! Kid-friendliness: Light airy space with high chairs and bright fun decor.

For 7 years I have ordered food in my language and today, Saturday 7/6/24, a boy who dialed me who does not speak Spanish answered and put me on hold for 20 minutes and they never answered me in my language. Terrible service from this boy. It's supposedly a Mexican restaurant and no white Americans are ever seen working in there so? Very bad service from Plano must be a new employee who doesn't like to speak Spanish I have received very bad service after 7 years of buying from them continuously there.

Never can get an order right, staff is just lost and I'm not sure they are even trained.

Got a phone order almost completely wrong. When there is food alergys this is life or death to some people. They marked the burritos with almost no details. 2 of the burritos were simply marked with a symbol, what the hell does that mean. This was for 6 burritos, I cant imagine that they can do other orders correctly, this was so basic. No sour cream and cheese on one of them was the order but no way to tell if mine was with no sour cream untill i was halfway through the burrito, total fail, have been there many times not going back. Not recommending this place. There is a reason chipotle is a national chain.
