First time there. Four of us had the perfect Italian apps, dinners we've ever had anywhere. Excellent service, food, we've found our favorite place in Bayville.
One of the top 5 WORST restaurants in NJ. Absolutely terrible! Went with family the other night. The Branzino ?special? was rotten and absolutely horrible. We had to return it. I couldn?t believe that after attempting to serve rancid fish, that we werecharged for the replacement meal. I?ve worked in the hospitality industry, and sometimes it?s just better to not charge as anact of good will. It also boggles my mind as to how the wait staff cannot being out everyone?s meals together and instead,staggers them. As one person is finishing their meal here comes another guest?s entree. Overall extremely disappointingexperience, and will not return.
Had reservations, took a solid 10 mins standing at the door to even be acknowledged. I said I get it, times are tough, short staffed etc.. sat down took another 15 mins to get bread. Another 15 to order. When the food did finally come it was not worththe wait to say the least. Hard pass, no second chance, they messed up every step of the way.
Senza never fails to exceed expectations! Our server Sam was fabulous! She went over and above, communicating throughout the meal and being one step ahead. Emil was right on top of our table, clearing dishes and preparing for each course. Food wassplendid!
We celebrated my husband's birthday this past Sunday. The food was outstanding, delicious fresh the service was excellent. Delaney took care of us and she was great. Senza is one of our favorite restaurants we can't wait to go back.
