Hop Hing - Berkeley Heights
Hop Hing
Description
The dining experience at this local Chinese restaurant reveals a striking contrast between delightful culinary offerings and significant service challenges. While some patrons rave about the deliciousness and consistency of dishes like wonton soup, General Tso's, and ably flavorful hibachi meals, others voice dissatisfaction with customer service and food quality. Complaints include inadequate refunds for order mix-ups, concerns over personal data privacy, and rising prices following the pandemic. Despite busy weekends showcasing its popularity, the establishment appears to be at a crossroads, facing the need for improved management to maintain customer loyalty amidst growing discontent.

This restaurant in our area is top-notch! We received exceptional service and will definitely be back. 5 stars!
Food always good as usual , but great service this time . Please keep up the quality consistently ?
The wonton soup changed with the new owners and I miss the old packaging for rice and noodle dishes. Bring back the white paper containers! The prices have gone up a lot too. Price hikes are expected post COVID for sure, but $10 for vegetable fried rice seems a little crazy
