If you ask if certain cheeses are vegan, they'll say yes for ones that contain milk. They also put sauces that contain egg on sandwiches that they tell you are fully vegan. I wasn't expecting to be impressed like I was with Butcher's Son, but I was really pleased with what I had - the Pilgrim, which has vegan turkey and cranberry. The menu indicates which vegetarian options can be made vegan, and you can also inquire about other options. I highly recommend this place for busy vegans!

The staff is also conscious of food allergies and will bring out the allergen list to make sure you have a great dining experience. Pricing is moderate. I like that they have electric plugs so you charge your phone will you wait and a large amount of inside seating.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer vegan versions of all components of the sandwiches, including mayo, slaw, and cheese. The servers are friendly and well-informed about the plant-based options on the menu. The service is also very quick.
