If I ha... read more Unfortunately, a huge disappointment. The Cuba Libre for €7.90, supposedly with Ron Varadero, tasted like a regular Pepsi Coke – practically no alcohol. If I had ordered a Coke, it would have been exactly the same. The nachos were completely unsalted and tasteless. The Classic Burger was ordered specifically without pickles and with mayo. What was served was: a dry bun, two small pieces of iceberg lettuce, about 100g of patty, no mayo. There was also a slice of tomato and a teaspoon of red bell pepper on the plate. Overall, the burger looked more like a dry meatball sandwich – and that for €14.90! The meat and fries looked like they were frozen. On the positive side: the staff was friendly and, despite the mistakes, tried to salvage the situation by asking if I wanted extra onions with my burger

We als... read more I visited Jam's Restaurant for the first time with my wife on September 30, 2024. We were absolutely thrilled by the ambience and also what was on offer. We also really liked the team in the guest room because of their friendliness and enthusiasm. We found the prices to be reasonable for the portion size. The food we ordered was amazing. The taste is A1 and huge praise to the team in the kitchen. We had such a lovely evening at Jam. We will be happy to visit you again as soon as we are back in Refrath.
