A great atmosphere , the service very cozy.... very familiar.. a great potential ! The Risotto giallo con ossobuco good but served in a cold plate so lost its temperature too early. The capriolo ricetta need to be reviewed in order to make it more wintering .... the tiramisu was not well amalgamated . All the Ingredients were ok .... my personal point of view is that it is missing a little bit of experience. Don’t give up and keep on work .... there are all the ingredients for a great success ! The location is fantastic , zelata is a very mi e village to enjoy a walk after lunch or before dinner .... belzy our dog was welcome and enjoyed the place .
