My meal unexpectedly jumped in price from $6.99 to $12.99. There’s no signage in the store indicating the coupon policy, which would have been helpful. Additionally, all the vegetables were only partially thawed. If I had known I would be spending so much on a sub, I would have gone to Jersey Mike's instead. The only redeeming factor was the friendly girl at the register. It might be helpful for her to inform customers as they enter that coupons aren’t accepted. Poor thing was alone and had to manage a line of customers.

When I approached, he told me they were closed. He comes across as quite lazy, and I’m surprised he’s still working there.
