Subway - Berea
Subway
Description
At this franchised sandwich spot, service swings between warm, personalized attention from memorable employees and chaotic, understaffed shifts. Regulars praise friendly counter staff, but guests also report declining quality—sloppy assemblies, partially thawed vegetables—and a confusing coupon policy that can drastically raise check totals. Delivery app orders often get priority and in-store orders may be delayed. Overall a hit-or-miss choice: convenient but unreliable for consistent value or freshness.

I walked in and Diana and Amber greeted me and made me feel welcome. It has been a while since I’ve been in, but Diana remembered how i order my sandwich which makes me want to come back more
I really enjoy coming here. The staff is really nice and it's close to my apartment.
I arrived 15 minutes early, and the employee I’ve had problems with before was outside talking to some teenagers. When I approached, he told me they were closed. He comes across as quite lazy, and I’m surprised he’s still working there.
This place is a hot mess. Service and quality of food has been on a solid decline over the last 18 months.I was actually told by an employee that preference is given to Uber orders.Doesn’t matter how far ahead you order they don’t start your order until you arrive.Sandwiches are sloppy and may or may not be as you order them. It’s worth it to me to drive further away if I really want subway. And I do agree the employees really seem like they are annoyed that they are there to work.
