My meals often take a long time to arrive—sometimes over an hour. Furthermore, they don't accept phone orders, which makes it less convenient for a quick lunch. I've also noticed that the quality of the food can be inconsistent, and the staff often seem unhelpful. Recently, both I and other customers have had requests for changes to menu items declined.
