Noodle Nirvana is a small-town business that truly connects with the community. I really appreciate their collaborations with local non-profits—this is how businesses should operate. I ordered a Pad Thai bowl; the food was tasty, though the rice noodles were a bit overcooked, which might have been an isolated incident. I plan to return and give them another try.
The food was delicious, and the ambiance was very pleasant. The only downside was that the broth served with my meal was barely warm, and one order of spring rolls was overlooked. However, when I pointed out the missing rolls, the staff graciously brought us the forgotten order along with two extra rolls.
I've visited Noodle Nirvana twice, and while the food was tasty each time, it took more than 40 minutes to get a single bowl of noodles. Meanwhile, other customers were served ahead of me. After waiting 30 minutes on both visits, I had to remind the staff at the front desk to begin preparing my order. It was quite disappointing, especially since no one apologized for the long wait.
I ordered the Pad Thai bowl for takeout and had a great experience. The staff was attentive to my gluten-free needs and provided clear explanations of which options were suitable for my diet. The food was delicious, and the prices were affordable.
I've visited this restaurant several times, and while I've had some great experiences with certain dishes, there are a few drawbacks. My meals often take a long time to arrive—sometimes over an hour. Furthermore, they don't accept phone orders, which makes it less convenient for a quick lunch. I've also noticed that the quality of the food can be inconsistent, and the staff often seem unhelpful. Recently, both I and other customers have had requests for changes to menu items declined.
