My group of 20 people waited in line at the KFC drive-thru for over 30 minutes at 7:30 on a Thursday, only to discover that they were closed with no explanation. This new KFC location will not survive if they continue to provide such poor service. I will not be returning. View all feedback.
The restaurant did not have any heating and was closed, but it looked nice. I am excited for it to reopen in Berea!

The customer service at this restaurant is extremely disrespectful and they frequently close due to heating problems.
So glad to have KFC back in Berea!
