We had to ask for sauce and straws, and her response made it seem like it was an inconvenience.

They were out of roast beef and turkey, which severely limited the men... read more I visited this Arby's the day before and had a great experience, but today was different. They were out of roast beef and turkey, which severely limited the menu options. I almost left, but decided to try the chicken bacon ranch. Unfortunately, I received the wrong sandwich—it had honey mustard instead, and I had requested no lettuce, yet it still came with lettuce. I wasn't going to complain about the missing roast beef and turkey, but getting the wrong sandwich was frustrating. The orange cream milkshake was fantastic again, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the other problems.

My husband and I went to Arby's on Thursday, and he ordered the corned beef Reuben because when we arrived, they told us they were out of both roast beef and tu... read more My husband and I went to Arby's on Thursday, and he ordered the corned beef Reuben because when we arrived, they told us they were out of both roast beef and turkey. He paid $10 for his meal. We decided to eat in the Walmart parking lot before going inside since he had previously bought me tacos there. When he took a bite, he immediately spat it out, saying it was really chewy and tasted bad. We noticed the meat was very pink. He wrapped it back up, had some fries, but then lost his appetite for the rest of the night. Once inside Walmart, I called Arby's to report the issue. Although they didn’t answer the first time, they picked up on the second call. I spoke with the manager and we received a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this Arby’s after 9 PM.
