Berala Seafood
Berala Seafood
Description
In the competitive landscape of fish and chip shops, this restaurant presents a mixed bag of experiences. While some dishes, like the fish cocktails, impress with their quality, others, including the battered fish and undercooked chips, leave much to be desired. Enhancements like proper seasoning and additional condiments are notably missed. However, glowing praise for the friendly service and inviting atmosphere highlights the establishment’s strengths. Patrons appreciate affordable, fresh food, and the welcoming staff. Overall, while the food quality may vary, the community feel and customer-centric service make this spot worth a visit for seafood lovers.

This is truly the best seafood I've ever had! Just a quick tip: if you're craving a classic old-school burger, this is the spot for you. The staff is fantastic, and the restaurant is very clean, making it very family-friendly. Angie has the most wonderful smile, and Gugu is equally amazing. Overall, I’d rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5!

Was charged an extra dollar for tomato sauce on burger, and they didn 't put any on. Forgot to cook our hot chips... who orders fish with no chips? Fish burger very average. When I asked where is our chips..? I was told you were not charged for it... maybe a sorry didn 't hear you ... would have been more appropriate. P.s the grilled fish was below average. Service: Take out
We stumbled into this seafood shop by accident and boy are we GLAD WE DID.The service was brilliant, food excellent and priced very affordable. My fussy eater 10 year old stated that if he could give more stars he would so give them a try! (p.s we bought the fisherman’s basket) Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
