Unfortunately, we have noticed a decline in the overa... read more We have been dining at Bentonia Bugs for more than seven years, and it used to be our favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, we have noticed a decline in the overall quality of the establishment. The service was lacking, and the food was disappointing—our appetizer, fish basket, and steak were all subpar. The atmosphere also did not meet our expectations. Given this experience, we were so disappointed that we have no desire to return. I typically leave negative reviews only when it's warranted for the benefit of other consumers.
