I called this restaurant a few minutes ago to place an order for pickup. It had been years since my last visit, so I asked if they offered boneless bites and whether they used fresh chicken or frozen pieces. The person on the phone was friendly, but then someone shouted in the background that they’re “meat animals.” I get it; good places like Nino's have the market cornered. I understand that Benton isn’t thriving, and it seems like the staff here might be settling for just being a pizza shop. However, that doesn’t justify allowing your employees to treat customers poorly. It feels like the same complaints keep coming up about your business, and it’s definitely a concern.
The pizza and Stromboli are incredibly delicious! The prices are quite reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I also appreciate that they follow Covid protocols.
On January 7, I ordered a cheeseburger sub, and as I took a bite, I encountered a wire tie from the bread packaging. This could have posed a serious issue or even caused an injury.
2 times ordered Broccoli pizza got it home it had SAUCE on it !! Very disappointed will NEVER go there again !!!
