We weren't given any... read more Placed an order for takeout. Ordered Shrimp Alfredo and Cheese Tortellini. Shrimp Alfredo was very salty and shrimp was overcooked/burned. We weren't given any napkins or utensils either. Cheese Tortellini tasted fine. Wasn't the best we havegotten from Pasta J's. If you can, I would order from the Bryant location instead of Benton. The service and food at the BentonPasta Jack's hasalways been phenomenal. Edit: we hadn't tried the Tiramisu at the time of this review so it wasn't mentioned. Ihave to say, it was PHENOMENAL...best Tiramisu I've had in several years.

Pretty good but thought it was a little rude when they gave me the wrong order when I got carryout and when I got home realized they gave me the wrong order and... read more Pretty good but thought it was a little rude when they gave me the wrong order when I got carryout and when I got home realized they gave me the wrong order and when I went back all the way to pick up the correct one I couldn't get it unless I gave the oldone back I figured they would at least let me have the old one for making me drive all the way out there since it's obvious thatcooks aren't going to eat that and they can't sell it to anybody else they'd rather just throw it away then give it to areturning paying customer that they inconvenienced ??????? food is good though

And drowning in sauce could not even try to eat it was just plain and simple the worst so called Italian food I have ever tried to consume!! And the portion you receive is not worth the over priced frozen dinner!!And the salad what a joke it was just a bowl of lettuce with salad dressing!!! The garlic bread so hard it was also inedible!!Just overall a poor choice to eat at!

I mean they were acting like I was lying. I?ve paid for several extra Alfredo sauces and got home to find that itwasn?t there and never complained. They made me check my ticket to make sure I paid for it. I?m glad Jennifer was nice about it.I heard the people giving her a hard time and making her run around unnecessary to triple check the sauce was paid for and notin the bag nor in the box. And the portion you receive is not worth the over priced frozen dinner!! And the salad what a joke it was just a bowl of lettuce with salad dressing!!! The garlic bread so hard it was also inedible!!
