When we were given small plates to go with our appetizers, we were handed two small plates and the plate on the top was visibly dirty with food that I'm guessing didn't come off in the dishwasher. It was an excellent experience! The waitress was outstanding, and everything about it was fantastic.
The service was incredibly slow. On February 20, 2013, we arrived at 8 PM for my daughter's birthday dinner. Our appetizer, cheese fries, took about 35 minutes to arrive at our table. They were good and served hot, which was a plus. However, my daughter ordered a chocolate shake that was icy and unappealing. She also ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, which came out cold and not very appetizing. My husband and I ordered the chicken chop, which seemed to have been microwaved rather than grilled as it should have been. It was served on a bed of grilled vegetables that were mostly unappetizing. We paid extra for rice (which does not come with the meal), and it was terrible—the worst part of the meal. Overall, the food had a strange taste. The waiter ignored us for quite a while until he brought our food, after which he was friendly, presumably hoping for a tip. The meal was fairly cheap, but it certainly wasn't a good experience, especially compared to previous visits.
I ordered a cheeseburger, but it arrived with the cheese lining the inside of the sandwich. I wouldn't recommend this location; it also appeared dirty.
