Casey's
Description
At this neighborhood Casey’s, friendly, attentive staff and clean facilities make it a go-to for fresh pizzas and family celebrations—customers praise themed kids’ pizzas and custom sugar-cookie cakes. Experiences vary: orders can arrive cold, missing taco toppings or sauce packets, and pickup times and service consistency have sometimes fallen short. Locals appreciate the team’s efforts during busy periods and the hometown vibe, but expect occasional lapses in quality and timeliness.

About a year ago, I would have rated this place with a star. I had an unpleasant experience with Casey's pizza. Pretty much I called in a pick-up job for a pizza, and they told me it was done in 30 minutes. I just came from my college course and arrived about 35-40 minutes after my order in Caseys. I told the girl in the register that I have an order under my name. She laughed and told me that they didn't let my sons cook pizza. When I had 20 minutes to work, I told her to forget her and leave her. I wasn't happy. That was my son's dinner, and there was absolutely no reason she could laugh about it. It almost never gave me orders from them again. I'm glad I decided to give them another chance! I love pizza and my son. They also have a lot of nicer employees then what they did last year. I recommend and will return for this incredible cheesy pizza!!!
Clean toilets, friendly staff, cashier informed us, they had fresh pizza available. The store was good in stock. I am impressed by Casey's branch chain, which takes care of its locations inside and outside.
We order Pokemon Pizza for my little boys' birthday. They were delicious and turned out to look as far as a poke ball. The manager made a sugar cookie cake with icing that looked like a poke ball!
I just ordered a taco pizza from Casey's on East Main in Benton. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe, but typically it comes with crunchy nachos, large chunks of tomatoes, lettuce, and so on. The pizza I received had none of those ingredients, was cold, and they didn’t even include the taco sauce packets that they usually throw in the box. I had to go back and ask for them. I paid over $19, plus a $5 tip, for a pizza that I can’t eat because it tastes so bad. I have to say, I’m really disappointed.
