This was my second time ordering from here through Grubhub. The first experience was a disaster, but I decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately, this time wasn't any better. The food arrived cold, the gyro was overly soggy (as seen in the photo), and the French dip sandwich barely had any meat (see the photo). They also forgot the au jus dipping sauce. The food was well prepared and the staff was super nice (help if you are so nice), in fact all we met in Benton Harbor and East from there where we were a few days really nice to the people of the earth. It was also a pleasantly diverse area that we did not expect. Let no one say that this is a “even” part of Michigan. This is just what racists say about areas where they are overnumbered by people of color.
Very delicious as always. Quick and friendly as possible. Also very clean of the appearance of everything. I have the number 11 with a big shake and everything is like advertised. Thanks for the good service.

Why are the buyers so rude? For my Mac n cheese, to be cold every time and they forget something every time they should be humbler! When I waited for my order today, I did not know that this disturbed person had opened the drive thru window and just stood there and stared at me with a disgusting, unbearable look at her face. When I tried to give her my four dollars, she wouldn't come for it and began to ask me what I have and is this money for my order. These are the types of workers who are mentally able to work part-time for shorter periods, because they are socially and emotionally immature at this point. So instead of annoying me, I won't go back! By the way, this picture is disgusting. I don't eat it!
Staff too busy having fun that the food was made sloppily. They came to the window 3 times trying to give me other orders and pay again because of lack of leadership and direction. Missed food in bag didn't even realize til I got home tried to call back and no answer. Disappointing is a understatement. High priced meals that were put together like a toddler made them and missing food with less then professional service.
