Wolfe Molone - Bentleigh

I learned about wolfe molone thanks to chef cook tanya maraj at the stand of fine foods australia. and I am so glad that she did it. When she mentioned that she introduced her Trinidad influx together with Australian local botanicals in many directed, I was sold. we booked a table last night to meet friends, and the 5 of us had an amazing experience. the new menu tanya is created elements, and it really is about our 5 senses. the quality of the meals we were served shows the team in the kitchen, although quite young masters a series of techniques. not only are the teller beautifully presented, they also taste amazing. the flesh was tender and cooked for perfection, the black melted in the mouth, the aromen danced on our tongues. an amazing experience that our friends who traveled almost an hour to meet us and our offer are ready to have again regularly. highly recommended.

The eating was wonderful and the cocktails were topnotch! seasonal menu, so they can be sure that they have another experience every time they visit. the staff is very friendly and will provide them a good time. ask them about the specificity for the day booking in advance is recommended.

This place never surprises me. everything was sensational. of the drinks. up to buffalo crispy boar ears, with blue cheese (from this world) to the spirit, the barramundi crudo green mango, the buratta (wow) and the juicy, delicate legless bash. many thanks to wolfe molone they will always be my number 1 choice when it comes to dinning out!

Pleasantly surprised with this hidden gem. Just superb unique flavorsome meals. Each dish including desserts was artfully crafted and presented. Food was filling with adequate serving sizes. Service was 10/10 with great wine and cocktail list.
