Tried new strawberry frosty ????, was pretty good! UPDATE- the Strawberry frosty apparently was for the summer only, however last I checked this time in August is summer. I 'll leave the 4 ???? 's only because the service here is usually very good!

I had to repeat my order three times in the drive thru microphone. They tried to give me smaller sizes when I did get my order. Once I corrected them for a fourth time the manager said, well he only charged you for a small! I repeated that I ordered a large drink and she reluctantly gave it to me. Also, I was the third car in line and waited over 20 minutes to get my then cold food. Not a great experience. Will go to Burger King or Jack in the Box next time.

Love the service and my food was awesome, I'm not a fast food fan, really don't like burgers, I usually opt for grilled chicken, but I wanted something different, I was surprising satisfied, though it was a little heavy on the mayo ketchup for me I did wipe it off with a napkin, it was oozing out the sides. Overall, it was tasty though, nice size beef patty, not greasy, filled the bun, as did the lettuce Tomato. Most places you get a micro patty, I've seen my grandsons, their parent's from other places, it's no wonder why they eat two and three. Dave's Single was a satisfying burger for an adult. I'm sure my grandson's would be satisfied too! I completed my survey and look forward to going back again. It had been awhile since I'd stopped in, usually get salad, gri chicken, oh and yummy Italian chicken. This was a nice surprise!

Fast service. Cancelled what came on the sandwich and chose other ingredients with no hassle! Smiling faces, and the drive thru gal came and asked if everything was ok. Manager was interviewing prospective new employees. Good sign that people want to work there! All employees looked happy and we're smiling at us when we were placing the order. That made us feel welcome!! Nice place to eat. Very clean and pleasant!!

Previously, I have been extremely disappointed with the service and quality of food. Orders were wrong, incomplete, and they were frequently out of items. The attitude was typically a display of indifference to the issues. That has changed! Virginia, the new manager, is doing a great job at improving the service. The last few visits my orders were correct, timely and prepared well. I appreciate the effort they are making to get it right . Keep up the good work!
