Once I corrected them for a four... read more I had to repeat my order three times in the drive thru microphone. They tried to give me smaller sizes when I did get my order. Once I corrected them for a fourth time the manager said, well he only charged you for a small! I repeated that I ordered alarge drink and she reluctantly gave it to me. Also, I was the third car in line and waited over 20 minutes to get my then coldfood. Not a great experience. Will go to Burger King or Jack in the Box next time.

There was 2 trucks ahead of us. 22 minutes later (and believe me that's a lot longer then it sounds when the temperature is over 100° we get our two sandwiches costing over $14. No drinks or friesjust sandwiches. I guess everything is going sky-high. We didn't hold the poor performance of staff against them. Businesseseverything are struggling for staff, never the less good staff. We won't be back and that's OK.

I started to eat at this wendys almost every day because of the deals you get in the app, and how close it is to my work. Now they're all like family.These guys bust their tails back there. I've never had an order made wrong. Theres always heavy customer traffic, but very rarely do I see them get overwhelmed or slow down. And they keep the place clean!You guys rock, thanks for feeding me over 100 times.
