This is by FAR the slowest dunkin drive- thru I have ever been too. I have come a fee times now and EVERY TIME, even when there may only be 1 car in front of me, it takes AT LEAST 15 minutes for something. They need a better system like other dunkins that serve their drive- thru fast and efficiently. View all feedback.
I have never been there before! Three young children at the drive-thru handed me a mocha-flavored milkshake with a smile. It took 30 minutes to go from ordering at the loudspeaker to receiving my order at the window.
I always have a great experience at this restaurant. I frequently go in the evenings with my dad for a drink, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. There is one older employee who is consistently there in the evenings, and he works very hard to ensure that everything is just right.
I came here for the first time instead of the other restaurant down the road, and I must say this place is much better. The food was fresh, hot, delicious, and served quickly.
Mike, who looked like the youngest child worked, was not only the most helpful, but also the most friendly. by a mother who lost her mind, thank you mike!
Such a bad dunkin, the coffee is burnt and not right 97% of the time and not worth the long lines.
