French onion burger was delicious. Runza has great crispy fries. Most places can't make them right anymore. No idea on why.
Pulled up to the drive thru after a 13hr travel day with the family of 6 at 857pm as google said the closing time was 10pm. The sign on drive thru said closing at 9pm and I said we had a big order and there was no problem, very friendly service! Gotburgers, chicken strips, frings, ice cream and everything was fresh and tasty! Kudos for outstanding service at closing time ona summer weekend!
I visited this restaurant and quickly placed my order, waiting only a few minutes for my hot meal. I had a pleasant and relaxing lunch in the dining area, and I was able to finish my meal and leave in under 30 minutes. It's a great stopover with friendly service!
The restaurant staff are extremely friendly and committed. Tina, the manager, makes it a point to connect with her employees personally. She is genuinely caring and compassionate.
I love all Runza locations, but this one is my favorite. It's consistently clean, and they always get my order right. Even though the staff is usually quite young, they all have positive attitudes and genuinely seem to care, which is a bit of a rarity these days.
