Terrible! The counter person was distracted and didn't write down my order right. He was not using the computer to order. The other young staff were fooling around even though long line at drive-thru. I waited for my coffee and finally someone asked me about the order. It had been sitting on the check out counter, no one announced it. The coffee tasted like old dishwater. Two squirts of the pumpkin syrup tasted non existent. Awful.
It saddens me to say this but i think you might have to fire Roger...He gets our orders wrong all the time. and not even that i sat in the drive thru for so long 10-15 minutes. like what are you doing its not hard to put in order into a computer.
Idk how many times I've had my order messed up because they don't know how to read an order ticket I ordered an everything bagel through doordash with veggie cream cheese and in stead I got a bagel with sausage egg and cheese I mean come on guys you beg to get a raise $14 $15 $16 but you can't get orders right.

The worst! Drive thru line oftentimes extends to the street making parking challenging. Going in the store is worse. The last few times I’ve gone in, I’ve witnessed employees arguing, yelling, and crying. One employee was crying about losing her job stemming from a situation in which the shift leader was in the parking lot smoking marijuana.
