Very slow and they struggled to get my order right.
If I could give a negative score I would. Customer service at this location is awful! Waited over 20 minutes for two drinks and a donut. The poor girl running the register was new and didn’t know what she was doing and none of the other co workers would help. They were too busy fighting amongst theirselves and yelling and cussing at each other. When we received our order we didn’t even get the right one. I contacted customer service and management, here’s a shocker nobody got back to me. What awful customer service. I highly recommend not going to this location. Management and employees need to do better!
This was the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. We waited online at the drive-thru for 30 minutes. We spent 15 minutes at the window and we could watch all the workers inside going back and forth very inefficiently often empty-handed. There just a few people in the store. And only one person ahead of us in the drive-thru. Yet it took 30 minutes to get our order of six coffees. Nothing crazy just six drinks took 30 minutes. We were not in a rush so it was kind of okay and the coffee did taste good. Just comical how long it took.
Terrible! The counter person was distracted and didn't write down my order right. He was not using the computer to order. The other young staff were fooling around even though long line at drive-thru. I waited for my coffee and finally someone asked me about the order. It had been sitting on the check out counter, no one announced it. The coffee tasted like old dishwater. Two squirts of the pumpkin syrup tasted non existent. Awful.
It saddens me to say this but i think you might have to fire Roger...He gets our orders wrong all the time. and not even that i sat in the drive thru for so long 10-15 minutes. like what are you doing its not hard to put in order into a computer.
