My girlfiend and I stay on the crowne plaza of mexico and ate dinner on Tuesday evening in the bistro fusion (on the day we arrived) from beginning to end my friend and I were very satisfied with the excellent service given to us by our server (milton) and the server captain (oscar). they were both very attentive and respectful. they welcomed us very much. the steak dinner I had was very tasty and well spun. I get this restaurant very well back.

I regularly visit Mexico City, and every time I do, I stay in this hotel and eat breakfast in bistro fusion. in short, this is my home away from home! the eating is great, the ambiente is pointed notch and the service is excellent! they offer...many sorts of food, and if they don't see what their attention this day experiences, they will make them something from the menu. all they have to do is ask! the room is very beautiful, clean and visited by locals, and traveling from all over the world, so it is a great mix of people. then there is the service. simple, it is excellent! sandra is the manager, and she is always attentive, professional and safe that all customer needs are met. alejandra, is the host and she always smiles, happy and professional. then there is marbella. I can't say enough about marbella. I always sit in their section, as their service level always exceeds my expectations. she is professional, friendly and truly understands what makes me happy as a customer. she is up! When I travel to Mexico City, I can stay in any hotel and eat breakfast in any facility. I choose the crowne plaza wtc and bistro fusion. always!
