Looking for restaurant on the last of our 3 night stay in San Juan and although this was right across from our hotel ,we hadn’t seen it previously So in for a p... read more Looking for restaurant on the last of our 3 night stay in San Juan and although this was right across from our hotel ,we hadn’t seen it previously So in for a penny in for a pound or should it be in for a cent in for a euro As we arrived the restaurant was just opening and it would seem that what we assumed was the lady owner was chef as well We ordered various pizza’s all round and to say they were excellent is a understatement and followed by perfiteroles made for an excellent meal

Starter of mozzarella and Serra... read more Empty restaurant, waiter who was sweating profusely over the table and in a scruffy t shirt, owner just sat smoking by entrance. Starter of mozzarella and Serrano was fine, savory crepe was an absolute state visually but edible. So we used the cutlery for the starters, the waiter then tells us we had to use the same cutlery for the Mains! I corrected him on this and told him to get FRESH cutlery. He honestly looked surprised! Onto the Pizzas. They are not Pizzas more like Pittas. Very thin, cracked bases and lacking moisture or colour. Margherita with barely any tomato, and a Quattro Staggioni with 3 ingredients ? . Bad, just bad lazy restaurant, we paid and left. Seriously avoid, look at other Pizza places up the road. Once to avoid at all costs.
