The coffee... read more We stopped for lunch and had ham and cheese toasties and two coffees. They arrived on wonderful bread and very attractively presented, tasted great. The coffee arrived with a glass of brandy not asked for but lovely in the coffee. This is on the Lavante...beach promenade looking out at the sea, it was a beautiful warm day in the shade, watching the world go by. We had another coffees with brandy. Very attentive waiter, no hassle and we were not hurried. It was slightly expensive but worth every euro

There is a sign outside that says: “We do not serve FAST food” that should be accepted as warning. they do not serve fast drinks. we ordered from the simple men... read more There is a sign outside that says: “We do not serve FAST food” that should be accepted as warning. they do not serve fast drinks. we ordered from the simple menu. a beer, a koks, a sandwich and a baked kartoffel. the drinks lasted minutes, the table next to us had three different pairs, come, sit and give up and go in the time it needed for our drinks to get out. after an hour, my baked kartoffel was brought along, and the waiter said he was right back with the Omelette sandwich. twenty minutes later, the sandwich was brought. hard to support people who simply don't understand what to do. they are really friendly, just vulnerable.
