Walking down Avenida De Mediterraneo my twin brother Stephen and I dropped into Monkey Beach and what a pleasant time we had. It's a cool looking bar ,looks like a beach bar ,cool looking serving bar ,great decor and furnishings and lots of seating options. We ordered bottles of San Miguel beer ,these were served in tip top condition ,we settled down and watched the world rush by as we enjoyed our beers. A big fan of this beer ,San Miguel beer is the beer I most associate with Spain,it's such a golden,light beer perfect for the hot climate out here in this sun drenched resort of Benidorm . We both really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and for a first time visit to here we had a great time. Monkey Beach is easy to locate along Avenida De Mediterraneo,a street and area teeming with pubs,bars and restaurants. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.
A group of 5 of us spent every night of our trip in Benidorm in this bar. Excellent service from Julian. A super barman who is a credit to the place. We visited a number of bars and sadly found the drinks very watered down. This is definitely not the case at this bar. We could definitely taste the alcohol which was pored until we said stop. A real gem and a fabulous find. We will absolutely be back on our next visit.
Went here for a quick beer on way back from beach. Great value and lovely Spanish guys running place. € 5 euros for 2 large beers and a coke. Excellent value. We went back in the evening and had excellent G&T . Premium tonic, goldfish bowl style glass and gin is poured until you say stop!
When in Benidorm you always get cocktails that look the part but are just slush puppies with an umbrella. Monkey beach is different.....cocktails with a punch. I had a margarita one night that nearly put me in hospital.......fantastic. Get yourself a drink in this bar....you wont regret it. My daughter also recommends the smoothies (i just cant remember her having one)
Found this little bar when out for an afternoon stroll. Loved it. The prices were good and the lady that served us was lovely. We ended up there most afternoons for a nice cold beer and a bar snack. Friendly people great atmosphere who could ask for more when on holiday

Really friendly, good drinks, good prices and good music.
Great place! Maria is amazing and so attentive! Although it was out of season she allowed us to use the bathroom even tho it was for customers. We then purchased a few drinks and Maria was great at providing a top customer experience. Fantastic experience!
Quick friendly service, a pleasant terrace, with both sunny and shady tables though the music was irritating Euro pop, and the road in front of the bar has a fair amount of traffic. A pint of local larger cost 1.50€ and looked to be a full sized pint. They serve some nice looking cocktails too. Free wifi is available. Overall a positive experience.
Very nice place to relax and watch the world go by . Will be back later on in the year
Wow! What a fabulous place brilliant cocktails I actually get drunk from this place but absolutely fantastic the service and Maria is spot on very friendly and always there to assist absolutely outstanding I would really really recommend this place to all the adults holidaying in benadorm plus best sangria on the ilsand!
