I would like to thank all the staff for a beautiful and beautiful holiday, my mother and I have been going to benadorm for over ten years and we are in some hot... read more I would like to thank all the staff for a beautiful and beautiful holiday, my mother and I have been going to benadorm for over ten years and we are in some hotels and the flash is the best, we go definitiw next year back. the room beautiful and clean, pool great and all the staff beautiful and helpful. the best part for me was to eat the restaurant, drinks and staff especially luciana and george made my vacation. we are looking forward to all in the oktober next year

The pint was flat so I asked for... read more I'm not staying in the hotel but called in for a drink I ordered a pina colada and a pint of san Miguel it came to 10.30 euros. The pint was flat so I asked for a different glass and was OK. But the Piña colada was the worst I have ever tried looked nothing like it and tasted more like pineapple juice and a shot of malibu in my opinion. When I tried to explain I was laughed at by the staff VERY rude. I changed it to a pint of cider but won't be back.
