The rooms are spacious and bathroom is b... read more The hotel is new and so very comfortable. The beds are exceptionally comfortable and we had a restful sleep each night. The rooms are spacious and bathroom is big but the shower is not great for a full body wash as it high and static with little pressure. The views are great if you are facing front not sure on back. The food is ok, typical holiday food, no surprises but the breakfast is very nice and the beans are so like heinz. The pool area is quite big, lots of beds, no scramble or arguing for sunbeds and the pool bar is near and cheap and so friendly. The hotel is very central to the action and it really is, right near where they film the Benidorm series (Solana around the corner and Neptune across the road) as well as so many places to go drinking and the beach is about a 2 minute walk across the road. This is a child free hotel which is great for adults who want peace. All in all a great hotel for the price, were already booking our next stay.

The hotel was filthy the bathroom was dirty 1 day no toilet roll 1,day left hand towels for bath towels 1 day no bath mat or hand towels dirty cushions on the b... read more The hotel was filthy the bathroom was dirty 1 day no toilet roll 1,day left hand towels for bath towels 1 day no bath mat or hand towels dirty cushions on the beds mostly happened at weekend the corridor was filthy still same dirt on hall carpet when we were leaving as when we arrived . Bin bag of rubbish or sheets not sure which in corridor at door way for 2 days still there when we left Off beer in pool bar tasted of bleach . No friendly staff . Only ate a couple of times food cold we have stayed before and never had problems lots of customers were complaining such a shame management arnt on top of all this as always been a decent Hotel up until this visit .never again more due to Hitel being filthy.
