This One House Bakery is located in downtown Benicia is a must to visit if you ever have in Benicia. What I love is there croissant egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Croissant is so buttery savory with melted cheese over thick eggs that melt right in your mouth-yum-yum. Love their beautiful charming terrace right in front of the back with an upper and lower seating area. If you have to go to sit outside, you can not just stop and enjoy the moment with nature outdoors. There is a laundry room that is beautiful and clean. There are parking spaces. One thing I have to say: a house Bakery is not open on Mondays. Everyone needs a break

The best I ever had. I have the Friday special, this is a scone with jam and dipped cream. Let me tell you it was fantastic. And the rear veranda ambience is amazing. This place is a jewel.
Very well everything is prepared and perfected from the baked goods to the sandwiches salad cakes are all fresh from scratches and delicious. Let us now talk about the new Covid crisis that no one goes in the delicious destination you order at the windows and your order is ready to pick up at the window. Very clean and very safe. Incredibly talented bread makers that produce one of the best loaves, perhaps the best loaf in the Bay Area, and for my vote we (San Francisco Bay Area) have the best bread in the country, could One House make the best bread in America!? I’ve had their cheese bread, seeded bread, those almond croissant, everything they bake is wonderful. But the pain au levain, their sourdough loaf is magic, there are very few things in life that compare to the leathery drumhead crust and the soft cool interior elastic tang of their San Francisco Sourdough. Combine a master baker with the worlds greatest bacteria to create what is possibly the best loaf of bread ever baked.
