From start to finish, the entire experience was simply fantastic. Firstly, the ambiance of the restaurant was breathtaking. The interior design was simply gorgeous, with a mix of modern and rustic elements that gave the restaurant a warm and inviting feel. The lighting was perfect and added to the overall atmosphere. The service was impeccable. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our needs throughout the meal. The staff were all professional and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Now, let's talk about the food. Every dish we ordered was absolutely delicious! The menu was diverse, with plenty of options to choose from. The seafood paella was a standout dish that I highly recommend, but every dish we had was equally tasty. The presentation of the dishes was also stunning, with a perfect balance of colors and textures. The drinks were also exceptional. The wine list had a great variety of local and international wines, and our server was helpful in selecting the perfect wine to pair with our meal. Lastly, the location of Botavara is simply stunning. It is located in the charming seaside town of Peñiscola, and the views of the Mediterranean sea from the restaurant were breathtaking.
