We received a... read more We visited this restaurant second time this month and we simply love this place.The hospitality friendliness and the quality of food is beautiful. We received a wonderful and warm service from Mr. Ningraj. He is very courteous, friendly and very polite. We’d love to visit this place again.

The bright white napkin folds pop-out.<br/ <br/ The service is quick, un-intrusive, and heart-felt. <br/ <br/ The Kakori Kebabs, Gucchi Pulao, Naan-E-Ba-Kumuch, even the adrak niboo paani recast the tales of Chefs' labour.<br/ <br/ Children below the age of 14 are not allowed: Peace is the most important ingredient of luxury, I guess. <br/ <br/ No moment of truth is too small for the team to WOW you.

It was really a good experience and staff were really humble and polite. We loved our stay and food in ITC.

The ingredients were fresh and the recipes unique. The service is by far the best hospitality can offer. It was memorable to the point that I remember the manager and wait staff by name. The decor is beyond delightful. The old world charm really worked for us.

Puneet guided us through the menu, even making accommodations for us to combine smaller portions of multiple dishes so we can have a better culinary experience. The food was cooked to perfection, and it was every bit of the luxury experience we have come to expect from an ITC restaurant. Will be coming here again, and would recommend others to do so too.

Strongly recommend the Kakori kebab and the Koh-e-Awadh with any of the rotis. The lamb just melted in your mouth. Service was excellent but the chairs could have been a little more comfortable.
