I was privileged to be in italia for lunch, exclusively host. frau sayoni pal and chef. basheer are great hosts! the concept is like a farm that is common in italia. the new menu offers dishes from different regions italiens, i.e. cicily, sardinien, rom, to name only a few. the 5 curs vegetarian set menu price 2400 inr is quite decent and trust me, experience will be unforgettable. I chose classic minestrone soup, fungii arrosttiti confromagi e pesto (mushroom filled with pesto and garlic cheese,) classic arancini. in the net it was parmigiana di melanzana true showtopper. fried aubergine in tomato sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese. it's pretty full. in desserts the classic tiramisu with orange one should not be missing. overall it is a great experience!
