I write this review after several months and after having well evaluated altogether our experience that I would define to say very bad. The only positive aspect of everything was just the kindness and helpfulness of the director, Gianni, who nevertheless did not prove to the height of the task. My husband and I chose this location for the Baptism of our first son, in November 2021 and say that we were disappointed is already an euphemism. On kindness and availability nothing to be excelled, but the lunch was bad, disappointing menu with a very sad impiattamento. We had no chance to try the dishes before the event, but we trusted thinking we had to deal with people who know the fact them; nothing more wrong! Only good thing was the appetizer! Precisely, the quality and freshness of raw materials was absolutely appreciable, but the combinations were unsuccessful. The meat of the second was cold and we do not talk about the cake that little had to do with the theme chosen. I don't know who the cake designer is, but I'd suggest you change jobs. We chose the gastronomic wedding favors and on this was done a great job, indeed, we were helped in the realization of a personalized job. Despite the fact that we made the director present our disappointment regarding the lunch that made us really a bad figure with our guests, there was no attention, indeed, we are still waiting for the invoice. I was at the Triclinium of Fauno for the baptism of my son. The place is gorgeous, good quality food and the right price for what we ate. I was disappointed by the organization of the general event. The service was very slow. We agreed with the director that we would arrive at 7 pm in the structure, a pity that our hall was still occupied by the baptism that there had been at lunch, with the result that we started to eat late with all our guests waiting impatient. I'm just telling you that in the absence of a waiter, the sparkling woman had to open my husband. Second: I agreed with the director who at the cake would think of them and I had therefore asked a two-storey well decorated Spanish pan. Too bad that I saw a really ugly cake, one floor only, no decoration if not blue cream tufts and without any logic and a plate in front with my baptism on writing, for which I still wonder if who wrote had done a typing course.
