Really great. Restaurant recommended by a friend I can trust closed eyes even in the future. Quality cuisine with tasty and refined products. It is not the usual restaurant in the countryside of the two mountain provinces of Campania. Prices are supported, they do not believe they are out with 20 euros as in a trattoria because it is not. Beautiful location... a nice quiet place and where you eat quality.
We arrived at the House of Dionisio by chance, we were in the area and we did not find any other open restaurants. Never case was luckier, we had a great time, very warmly welcomed by the owner (of which I do not remember the name, mea culpa). I appreciated, immediately the mise en place, very minimal without tablecloths but at the same time sought after, just sitting offered us a sparkling local rosè wine and as aperitif a delicious cream cheese, we ordered then from the menu displayed through the classic qrcode. Among the delicious appetizers the flambé sausage and those of exceptional tasting both the mixture of cheese, in good part local, and the mixture of house , meat of various type and hot spezzicherie. Among the dishes sought the parmigiana tortelli, a very nice dish but with a too delicate taste for my taste even if still good, and exceptional instead the pappardelle with wild boar. All watered by the red wine Piedirosso and finished with hot cream, a real delight

Beautiful location, a sin for a kind of eco-monster in reinforced concrete put almost to shame the landscape and the local (no fault can be attributed to the restaurateurs since it is not them). Mushrooms, chestnuts and truffles of great value contour to dishes that leave you the desire to have a fork or a extra spoon. Even sweets are really wanted and tasteless. Overall experience much more than satisfactory.
