Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort

My family and I visited this resort in mid-February and stayed for 11 nights. The resort is lovely with easy access to the beach, just a minute's walk from our room. There is plenty to do here, so each day is different, whether you want to relax by the pool or indulge in a spa day. The staff here are amazing and provide exceptional service, making sure your glass is never empty during meals. They really care about their guests and want to ensure they have a great stay. The entertainment was the highlight of our visit, with numerous activities throughout the day and night. Each night there was a different show, from a circus performance to an 80s disco. During the day, staff members were always around the pool area, engaging guests of all ages in various activities. Special thanks to Luis, Herr 911, and Cristo who made our stay extra enjoyable.

The hotel was amazing, and some of the staff were outstanding! The lifeguard at the pool, who we called the "Christmas man," did a fantastic job taking care of our family during our stay. She was extremely helpful and truly enhanced our trip. Additionally, Renxo, the activity director, was phenomenal. He was full of energy, friendly, and always ready to assist. He made us feel right at home and we had a blast playing at the pool with him and the other guests. Overall, our trip was fantastic, but these staff members really made it exceptional.

The restaurant had lovely décor and all the staff were pleasant. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. However, some guests who were targeted for a timeshare presentation were upset and felt pressured by a man who approached them daily. The pool area was stunning with a floating bar, and I had the chance to meet some friendly people. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend staying here.

Exactly what we needed! the personal was so super friendly, compassionate and remarkable. the plant is immaculate. we booked a private catamaran with adi directly with the hotel, he was amazing and our day on the sea with marcos, johnny and julius was nothing but fantastic. the only reason for the 4 review was eating, only not my favorite.

Entertainment was awesome!! Especially Alexander and Rodolfo at the lobby bar and beach party! We had a lot of fun with them!! Otherwise, service at the reception was pretty good and efficient. Restaurants à la carte really worth it, especially the japanese and the steakhouse. The buffet was okay but not fantastic. Beach was great but not as wide as expected. Overall, it worth it if you are looking for vacation that doesn't cost too much where you can enjoy many activities and meet amazing staff!!
