The negatives of the in store experience included poor overall condition of the toilet dining area and an excessive wait time. There was poor lighting when entering the toilet and no hand sanitiser. The toilet area is run down, outdated and no regular cleaning is evident. Cleaning of the dining area was also neglected with visible signs of food scraps on some tables.
