First time we didn't book so just stayed for... read more This seems to be another place "to be seen" in bendigo. Great vibe and ambience though noisy both times we've been. First time we didn't book so just stayed for a drink although we were welcome to dine at high table but decided against it cos too cold. Second time, another Friday night and we had a reservation. Service and waitress very good. We ordered the 5 courses at $45 per head. I don't think it was worth it. 3 courses were chicken, 1 course was dessert which was really nice and I don't remember what the other course was, so clearly it wasn't impressive. In my opinion, the menu overall, wasn't very exciting and to be honest I've seen a lot better on offer from less "classy" places. Drinks were on the costly side and not a vast selection. I will give it another chance but not in the near future.

Nous avons poussé en hésitant l'immense porte et nous avons de suite apprécié l'ambiance chaude, le style, la deco atypique de cet établissement. Nous avons choisi un bœuf Wagyu et un curry de légumes, cela nous a ravis! Le service est rapide et sympa, sans chichi, le prix tout à fait correct: 63$ avec une bière. Le hasard a vraiment bien en fait les choses ! Nous souhaitons bonne chance à ce nouvel endroit et beaucoup de clients,

This is the best restaurant in Bendigo! The decor and atmosphere are amazing, the food is beautiful, and the staff are attentive. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience in this little gem of a building. My only suggestion would be to have more gluten-free options or at least one on the dessert menu for us coeliacs.

We were surprised to find the place packed,... read more We arrived at the restaurant around 7.30pm on a Wednesday evening without a booking, assuming we wouldn't need one. We were surprised to find the place packed, but managed to snag a stool table. Despite occasional cold breezes from the poorly closed door, we found the atmosphere comfortable. The table service was excellent with friendly staff, and the food was both fresh and delicious. We opted for 7 share plates for 4 people, all of which were cooked to perfection and offered a great variety. We will definitely be returning, this time with a booking. Highly recommend this restaurant.
