**A Cozy Escape: The Fireside Experience**

Nestled within a unique hotel, The Fireside offers a warm ambiance that's perfect for cozying up next to a real fire, whether indoors or at an inviting outdoor fire pit. While the atmosphere captivates with its charm and history, some diners express concerns about menu pricing and service quality. Nice atmosphere and great selection of beers, but the food leaves much to be desired. You’d get a better meal at half the price at an Applebee’s.

This place is one of the many unique and stylish spots located within the School/Hotel property, providing a distinctly different atmosphere. You can easily stroll around and, within minutes, feel like you've entered a whole new world. I'm looking forward to staying in one of their schoolhouse rooms. It promises a fantastic experience with plenty of drinks and games in an amazing setting. The walls are adorned with fascinating history. This is definitely a must-visit!

The fries were underwhelming, and the menu options were disappointing. A basic burger costs $16.75, and a soda is an additional $4.00—this feels like price gouging. My waiter also forgot about me during my visit. I believe restaurants should avoid being greedy. I’ll take my business elsewhere; for example, McMenamins in Roseburg offers fair pricing. Be careful, as overcharging customers can come back to haunt you.

Bring your date here! Catch an early movie at the theater next door, then grab some food, drinks, and play shuffleboard. Best casual date night spot!

It’s a mcmenamins. If you’ve been to one you’ve pretty much been to them all, but they never disappoint. The atmosphere is awesome. The food is fantastic and on par with everywhere else for price. The Cajun tots are always a fav if you like a little spice. Had a great bacon burger and old fashioned. If you’ve never had mcmenamins, give it a try and I’m sure you’ll go back. If you’ve been to one and liked it, go to this one, it feels like home.
