What-a-disappointment !!!! I had waited till 12 at midnight waiting for my spouse to get home with my burger I had been just craving for (I?m pregnant) just to get my order wrong of 2 egg and weenie burritos which I hate so badly!!????????????????, welive 40 minutes away from this location so had to go to cleburne whatburger to get me my hamburger. The drinks from Benbrookwhatburger we Gasless,no ice, wrong order, way to salty fries and cold when given to my spouse just a disappointment for himsince his long work day and 1hr long drive just to this location and 40 minutes home to complete misery for me then since I hadskipped dinner and water mouth craving my burger just to get 2 burritos I hate plus more gas and time to spend to go to anotherlocation
I have ordered food from the Benbrook location four times in the last three months—through the drive-thru, online, and in person—and each time, my order was wrong. On Sunday, I placed a curbside order for four burgers, three fries, and two drinks, but received a salad and one burger without a drink. I went inside and waited for 6-7 minutes before someone asked how they could assist me. I explained that I had received the wrong order, and they apologized and brought out another bag with four correct burgers, but only two orders of fries and one drink. After another 6-7 minutes, I was informed that the shake machine was having issues. They did refund the cost of the shake, but honestly, this has been a frustrating experience with incorrect orders every single time.
The food is decent, but the wait time is frustratingly long. I placed my order online 20 minutes in advance, yet I still had to wait 30 minutes curbside for my meal. By the time we received the burgers, they were lukewarm, and the fries were cold.
The service was prompt, and the burgers were delicious—juicy and full of flavor, with just the right amount of toppings. However, I would have liked the fries to be a bit crunchier. The price seemed a little high, which is why I’m giving it three stars.
