I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant, but it has really declined. I wouldn't recommend going here anymore. It seems like they lack a consistent evening staff and an experienced cook. The food was below average, and I didn't even receive everything I paid for. I'm unsure how long the chicken had been sitting out. I've tried to reach out multiple times about the missing items, but I would advise others to steer clear and choose a different place. I'm still waiting for my text coupon as well. They used to provide excellent service, but unfortunately, they've closed down. Overall, it was a dreadful experience.

I ordered three chicken dinner specials, choosing a mix of chicken pieces. I specifically requested two chicken breasts and two chicken legs for each dinner. However, the restaurant staff told me that my order had too many breasts and they needed to serve other customers. I thought this was quite ridiculous.

I attempted to order three three-piece chicken dinners, selecting two breasts and one leg for each meal. However, I was informed that I was ordering too many breast pieces and that they were running low on them. What kind of nonsense is this?

I’m not sure what’s happened to this location, but it has really gone downhill. I would advise against going here. I don’t know where their evening staff came from or who is in the kitchen, but the food was absolutely terrible. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive everything I paid for. I have no idea how long the chicken had been sitting out. I wasted time calling about the missing items, and honestly, you’d be better off spending your money elsewhere. I’m still waiting for my text coupon! This place has gone from excellent service to one that really needs to close down. It was truly awful.

We used the drive-thru to order chicken tenders, french fries, and okra. After I made my payment, the female worker at the drive-thru vanished. While my food was being prepared, I noticed the fry cook taking a few bites of okra. Then my order was placed on the counter near the drive-thru and just left there. Despite the three prep staff and manager Dylan walking by several times, none of them picked it up or opened the window. After waiting for six minutes, I got out of my car and asked the manager for a refund. I really don’t understand what happened—none of the staff seemed attentive enough to serve a customer. To add to that, I was the only car in the drive-thru, and the dining room was mostly empty except for a couple waiting for a remake of their order. The manager told me he processed the refund but wasn’t sure when it would go through, and advised me to hold on to my receipt.
