I must say they definitely deserve to be in the michelin guide, and if i may add, they deserve a 1 MICHELIN STAR. Let's start with the plats we ordered: STEAK TARTAR de GAMO OREJA de cochinillo suflada Falsos CALLOS de COLMENILLA PALOMA: Royal de paloma, sus pechugas marcadas, y caldo tradicional. SOLOMILLO de ciervo, chutney de trompetillas amarillas y su tuétano COSTILLAS de JABALí, parmentier de vainilla We have heard so many great things about this restaurant that we wanted to try a little bit of everything. TRUST ME, is spectacular! It will blow your mind. Price quality ratio is incredible. Wine that we recommend is LATASTE The server are very knowledgeable of all the plates and wine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! 6 Stars!

Hidden in the village, you can find this great restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious and there is a great choice of wine. If you have to pick-up one restaurant around Benasque, this is the one.
