Additionally, they always fail to include napkins and straws in my order. The service is consistently lacking in attention to detail.

We have never received the correct or... read more I have been to many KFC locations and I'm not sure why I keep going back. I have been consistently disappointed until now. We have never received the correct order and always have to double-check before leaving. The food quality is below the standards of other KFCs we have visited. The building may have been renovated, but the food definitely needs a major upgrade.

Not normally on my places for food however was looking for something quick so decided on KFC whilst the others headed to the Golden Arches across the road. Extremely slow service for a Zinger burger and when it finally arrived it was barely warm. The chicken was very thin and not the normal breast I have had on previous occasions when getting this meal. My expectations weren’t high going in however I was left pretty disappointed. Won’t be going back!
