What Jan Cartier doesn't like about 209:
Waitress got my order wrong. She apologized and asked if I wanted to wait for what I ordered or just eat what I had gotten. Everyone else at the table got their food as ordered. She said I could just eat what she brought me and they would take it off the bill, when we got the bill ,she said manager told her because I ate what she brought me eventhough it wasn't what I ordered, that it wouldn't be taken off my bill. I used to frequent 209 and loved their food. They used to have a unique menu with high quality preparation. Recently with menu changes and food quality, I have had two of the worst meals I have had at any establishment. The unique choices are no longer on the menu but the high prices one would find in a high quality establishment remain. It is disappointing to order just a burger and get a dry poor tasting patty. I wish it was what it used to be. I once recommended to everyone that visited Bemidji.

Comfortable atmosphere, really casual. Great salads and burgers. Friendly and prompt service
10/10. Food is great, atmosphere is great, waitresses are great. I will be stopping by everytime I'm in bemidji! Hot honey chicken sandwich and the giant pretzel were out of this world ?
This place is absolutely amazing and a must stop! The food is excellent
