I was eager to try this restaurant after hearing positive reviews. However, my experience during dinner tonight was disappointing. We received our appetizers and pizza before our drinks, which was frustrating. The Crab Rangoons were overcooked to the point of being burnt, but the Mac and Cheese bites were delicious. I inquired about our drinks three times at the bar and was met with attitude and told to return to my table. After about 40 minutes, our drinks finally arrived, but they were not what we ordered. I requested to speak with a manager, and the woman who assisted me was genuinely apologetic and offered a refund for the drinks. While the pizza was tasty, the service left much to be desired. I appreciated the manager's sincerity, especially since she had just started her shift, but overall, I don't plan to return.
The food quality and service were satisfactory, but there wasn’t anything particularly impressive. My son ordered the small pepperoni pizza, while I opted for the large buffalo chicken pizza. Both were enjoyable, and we managed to finish them.
