I didnt like the fact that I was told after... read more I went there on Hometown Christmas night and figured it would be busy. I was there 20 minutes early and had a drink. I didnt like the fact that I was told after my food would be ready, that something got messed up. There were several other peoplewaiting on their orders as well. Poorly ran place. They could have given us a coupon for a free appetizer or something. I gothome to eat my pizza, it wasn't even that good. Mod pizza is better.

We received our appetizers and pizza before our drinks even arrived. The Crab Rangoons were overcooked and completely burnt, but the Mac and Cheese bites were quite good. I inquired about our drinks three times at the bar, but was met with attitude and told to sit back down. After about 40 minutes, our drinks finally arrived, but they weren't what we ordered. I asked to speak to a manager, and the woman who came to talk to me was very apologetic and refunded the drinks, which I appreciated. The pizza was tasty, but the service left much to be desired. Although I appreciated the manager's sincerity, I don’t think I will return.

You place your order at the bar. My only disappointment is that the sushi arrives before the pizza. It would be better if they coordinated the timing of the food, as one party ends up waiting while the other eats, even though you're dining together.

Additionally, there's no waitstaff; you have to place your order at the counter. Given the prices, having waitstaff would be a nice touch. I'd definitely come back if it weren't so pricey.

Honestly, for the time you’ll spend waiting, you might as well head into Rockford and get what you really want. Save your time and money—this place isn't worth it.
