Despite a mixed bag of experiences at this Wingstop location, recent positive changes have brought about a noticeable turnaround. While issues like long wait times, unresponsive customer service, and incomplete orders were common complaints, new management and staff have reinvigorated the atmosphere, delivering faster service and enhanced customer care. Guests now report a warm ambiance and attentive employees who go above and beyond, even assisting those with disabilities. The food quality, particularly the wings, continues to be a highlight. Overall, a marked improvement suggests that this restaurant is striving to elevate the dining experience.

I have never seen ice or carbonation available for the fountain drinks at this restaurant. Additionally, I am pretty sure they do not have Dasani Water bottles as I have never been given one when ordering. The Temple location is superior in my opinion.
Everything is good except they dont really cover the wings in sauce sometimes
The fries were a bit soggy and stale, but overall the food was delicious.
The lemon pepper wings were too salty and the hot sauce wings had too much sauce on it
I typically enjoy dining at this restaurant, but this time we only received two orders of fries instead of three. Additionally, we were given two teas and one unappetizing DP. I believe it was just an off night for the kitchen.
