I see many new faces in the kitchen, but will these children train enough? it looked and sounded like a complete chaos. today's lunch service was crazy. 42 minutes waiting for a couple of sandwiches. I had a great experience and whoever made my salad for lunch did a great job! The salad was perfectly seasoned and had great texture. It was beautifully created with warmth and love . If we were in France I would give you three Michelin stars, P.E.R.I.O.D!! Good job Panera I am truly proud.
Waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes and nobody checked on me at the window to give me an update on my food order. People behind me were impatient and leaving so I pulled into a parking space and walked inside to figure out what was causing the hold up and if I needed to change my order. Despite being in a hurry I tried to ask kindly for an update on my food, and they were irritated and rude to me about it.Got my breakfast sandwich shortly after and it was mediocre, I don’t plan to ever go back.
The lady at the drive-through was very condescending my bagels were cold. They didn't even ask me to warm them but when I asked for slice she said it like it was something they normally do.Food: 1/5
Kiosks are a joke.And go through drive thru... You'll get your food way faster in the drive thru.It seems like customers who eat in are second.
