Fresco Fajita House - Beloit

Fantastic authentic Mexican food. Great service and friendly staff. Would recommend 90 percent of everything in the menu. I haven't tried the other 10 percent yet or I'm sure I would recommend everything. Hidden jewel.

Let me begin by saying AMAZING!!!! I am a very picky eater, especially when it comes to Mexicans because I am allergic to paprika. One of the owners was our waiter and the other owner was the cook, the food and service was perfect! My husband and I couldn't find anything about our meals we didn't love. I had a grilled chicken quesadilla and a steakquesadilla, my husband had the Fajitas fresco and we shared a sequence of white queso and chips. The taste, portion sizes and quality was fabulous. We had heard mixed reviews at the prices, but we thought it was on site, especially because they made everything so fresh and you can taste the difference from other local Mexican restaurants. We will definitely visit again!

I had a great experience at lunch today! Servers and staff were very friendly and attentive. The guacamole and steak fajitas were delicious, and my friend got Fajitas that fired them before us. Very cool! The coconut cake was something on the dry side and should probably have been taken out of the refrigerator to warm up, but the taste was fantastic. I'm excited to have a different option in downtown and look forward to coming back.

My family and I could not recommend this place enough. Excellent food and service!

FFH deserves every recommendation they get for their fine food and wonderful staff! They bring a lot to the downtown area and it is wonderful to have a restaurant like this nearby. I have tried virtually everything on their menu and a bunch of specials that have not and it is all very good!
