I ordered the new BBQ Brisket pizza at this location, along with a few other items, but they ended up giving me a cheese pizza topped with ranch. Who would want to eat that? The employee at Casey’s didn’t even inform the DoorDash driver that they could offer me a different pizza if they were out of brisket. This shows a lack of effort on their part.

However, the... read more On June 1, 2022, I visited the pizza side of this establishment and was impressed by how hard the workers were and how friendly they were as well. However, the gas station side was a complete mess. It's strange how two parts of the same place can look so different. Interestingly, when I went to the Casey's on Cranston Road, it was a much better experience. I suppose the management must be different at each location.

I’m extremely disappointed. I used to always recommend Casey’s, but now I’ll be taking my business to Kwik Trip!

Joining... read more Casey's is a very clean station with pumps that always have receipt paper available. The parking lot is well-maintained, and gas prices are reasonable. Joining their rewards club offers some great deals. The store and handicap parking are walker-friendly, and the bathrooms are spotless. Customer service is excellent despite the station being busy.

I almost put it back because of the ridiculous price but didn't want to handle it then put it back so I bit the bullet and paid for it. Then got to my vehicle and they were old and cold. These wouldn't be worth the price fresh and hot let alone cold. I understand convenience but I will never get food from here again. Wish they would put a kwik trip across the street.

When I told him about the beach burning your hands. He thought that was funny. Casey's are closed for the holiday today, but they will know about all this on Monday.

The employee, Casey, didn’t even let the Door Dasher know that I might prefer a different pizza if they were out of brisket. This highlights a lack of effort from the staff.

However, the gas station side was quite the opposite—it was chaotic! It’s surprising how two areas of the same establishment can appear so different. Additionally, when I visited the Casey's on Cranston Road, my experience was much more enjoyable. It seems that the management there must be different.
