Para um menu do dia por 10 euros sem bebidas nem serviços, quantidade suficiente e saborosa que é o importante.

Típico sítio onde se consegue comer bem, com aquele atendimento descontraído e eficiente. Pedimos o prato do dia, no caso foi caldo verde e frango no forno que estavam muito bons. Recomendo a visita

We visited this restaurant for lunch based on its Trip Advisor rating. The service was polite but hurried which made if feel unfriendly although in reality it wasn't. The food was only OK. For starter we shared breaded alheira which was superb, thoroughly recommended. Main courses were grilled pork tenderloin which was quite tough and not particularly flavourful and javali stew which again was good but no more. If Trip Advisor hadn't said this was the second best restaurante in Belmonte we'd have been quite happy as it was we were disappointed. €55 with two bottles of house white wine.

In a day that we choose to visit the village we come across different options but choose this restaurant to have lunch. We choose to have our meal outside in a very sunny and hot day. We went straight to the main plate and choose lamb chops. They were very well grilled with a flavour of herbs and as sided dish vegetables and french fries. The portion was enormous and delicious. The owner como outside to assist our choices and was nice. I choose a very light white wine Marofa afamado that went very well with the food. For desert we share a slice of almond cake very juicy. We pay around 35 euros for a meal for two. We got one of the hottest days of the month and the thermometer reach the 36 degrees. I do recommend to anyone visiting Beira Interior.

We got some tasteless food, the dishes went back to the kitchen. We were charged for the dishes even though they were not eaten.
